Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Use in our cheese pizzaveggie pizza, and manicotti for a mouth-watering substitute to please vegans and fool veggie-haters alike.

Nutritional information for 1/4 of this recipe:
Calories:39.5 Fat:27.5g Protein:2.25g

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cashews*
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
  1. Add ingredients to food processor
  2. Process until fine and grainy/powdery
  3. Add to your favorite Italian recipes
*To save money, you can go half and half on cashews and sunflower seeds.
